Community Contribution Tax Credit Program

With a full-home sponsorship with Habitat for Humanity of Tampa Bay Hillsborough, you can receive 100% of your actual donation back in a tax credit (or sales tax refund) within a few weeks of your donation!

Through a partnership with the State of Florida, this tax credit can be used for sales tax, insurance tax or corporate income tax for up to 5 years. The State of Florida’s CCTCP program provides a tax credit incentive to encourage Florida businesses to make donations and volunteer toward community development and housing projects for low-income families.

For your sponsorship, your company will receive a premium marketing/recognition package that includes

  • Your company representative will hand the keys to a homeowner at the home dedication ceremony
  • News release to local media outlets
  • Big Check Presentation with photo opp. posted on Habitat social media.
  • Sponsor logo on designated Habitat home construction site signage
  • Sponsor logo on signature of Habitat Tampa Bay Hillsborough administrative emails for the duration of the build
