Dayna Santana
Dayna Santana obtained her juris doctorate degree after a 20+ year career in real estate and mortgages. After graduating law school, Ms. Santana clerked for a Tampa law firm handling real estate, foreclosure, business law, probate, estate planning and elder law cases. After passing the bar, Ms. Santana began to zealously represent her own clients in various legal matters including a specialized focus on assisting clients interested in asset protection and estate planning by combining her real estate and mortgage background with her passion for the law. Ms. Santana is a third-generation Tampa native and community activist where she served as the Vice Chair for the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County, Florida Inc. for over 6 years and currently serves as the Chair of the Board and their Loan Committee. In 2023, Ms. Santana was nominated by Bay Area Legal Services and was selected as the recipient of the Pro Bono Hero Award by the Florida Bar Foundation for her pivotal leadership role in the creation of the Advanced Directives Pro Bono Clinic in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity Homeowners. In February 2024, she spent time on Capitol Hill advocating for affordable housing and continues to serve her community by fundraising for various causes.
