Habitat for Humanity of Tampa Bay Hillsborough is committed to high standards of ethical, moral and legal conduct and therefore maintains a Whistleblower Policy that provides a mechanism for stakeholders to raise good faith concerns regarding misconduct.  Governance of the Affiliate includes:  a process for determining CEO compensation to ensure objectivity, a donor privacy policy and guidelines to ensure proper record retention and destruction.
