Josh Taube

Since June 2023 Josh Taube has been the CEO of Strategic Property Partners – a Cascade Asset Management portfolio company. Prior to his current role, he served as an owner representative, SPP Executive and Board Member. He now oversees the management and operations of Water Street Tampa (a $5B urban mixed-use project), and future growth plans for the Tampa based development company. Prior to joining Cascade, Mr. Taube was a Senior Vice President with the Orlando, FL based REIT platform, CNL Financial Group Inc. Mr. Taube received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University. Mr. Taube is active in the community and is an incoming member of The Florida Council of 100. He currently sits on the

Board of Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the Tampa Bay Partnership Leadership Council, and previously served on the Board of Visit Tampa Bay.
