Sarah Joubert is a Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Tampa office as well as a Studio Director and
Senior Design Manager. With more than 15 years of experience with the firm, Sarah combines
unparalleled technical expertise with a passion for growing Gensler’s relationships with
developers, including the Feil Organization and Highwood Properties. She provides indispensable
leadership for a wide range of clients across projects, including Shake Shack, Johnson & Johnson,
Stryker, JPMorgan Chase, Jabil, and Starbucks, and acts as a trusted advisor to both her colleagues
and clients
