Noemi Molina

CEO Build | Homeowner Candidate

Noemi Molina is a devoted mother to three wonderful children: Joel, Mariah, and Melody. For the past two decades, their family has called a mobile home their sanctuary—a place not only of shelter but of refuge for loved ones in need. Yet, time has taken its toll, and the home is now in desperate need of renovations, plagued by infestations that diminish its safety and comfort.

When Noemi learned of Habitat through a friend’s recommendation, she hesitated, doubting her eligibility. Despite her reservations, she bravely applied—and to her joyous surprise, she was welcomed into the program with open arms. Eager to transform her living situation, she eagerly embraces the opportunity to contribute sweat equity hours toward her own home’s construction.

Supported by the love and generosity of family and friends, Noemi has rallied to fulfill her sweat equity obligations, eagerly anticipating the day she can begin work on her new home. Her excitement knows no bounds, evident in the folder on her phone overflowing with snapshots of the home’s progress—a tangible testament to her dreams taking shape.

In a serendipitous encounter at the construction site, Noemi crossed paths with a fellow Habitat homeowner candidate, bonding instantly over their shared journey. This newfound friendship blossomed amidst the sawdust and scaffolding, a reminder of the community and camaraderie forged through Habitat’s mission.

As Noemi prepares for the upcoming CEO Build, she is overwhelmed with gratitude towards the CEOs who have generously sponsored her home. Their support, particularly as a single mother facing daily struggles, is a beacon of hope and blessing in her life. With heartfelt appreciation, she looks forward to working alongside them, knowing that their kindness will reverberate through her family’s future.
